Aftermath Coffee Company is a community-focused café and creative space based in Pontypridd. Founded by musician and recovery advocate Matt Willis, the café was established as part of The Recovery Project, an initiative designed to support people recovering from dependence by providing meaningful employment opportunities, practical work experience, and a welcoming pathway back into community life.

More than just a coffee shop, Aftermath aims to create an inclusive and supportive environment where people can build confidence, develop skills, and connect with others. The project seeks to challenge the stigma surrounding addiction and demonstrate the positive role that employment, community connection, and purpose can play in recovery.

Located on Taff Street in Pontypridd, Aftermath combines quality food and drink with a strong social mission, helping individuals rebuild their lives while contributing positively to the local community.
